Yarvi, your guide

Ask Yarvi how Llamabyt works, by chat or by voice.

  1. Yarvi lives at the bottom right of the app.
  2. Ask him how to do anything in Llamabyt, in any language.
  3. When his answer follows a help article, Watch how shows the app doing it, step by step.
  4. Chat comes with every plan. Voice comes with Studio and organization plans: press Talk with Yarvi.
  5. Press End when you’re done. When your month’s minutes run out, the conversation carries on in the chat.
  6. He only knows how Llamabyt works: he can’t see your projects or messages, and never changes anything.

Yarvi

Yarvi is Llamabyt’s guide llama, at the bottom right of the app. Ask him how to do anything in Llamabyt, in any language.

His offer of a hand: now and then, like the first time you open a part of the app, Yarvi offers a hand in a small note next to his button. Press it to open him with a question ready to send, or the × to hide it. He offers rarely, never while you’re typing, and stops once you’ve used him a few times.

  • Chat comes with every plan: Free 20 questions a day, Solo and Studio 100, and in organizations 100 per member on Team, 200 on Business and 300 on Enterprise.
  • Voice comes with Studio (60 minutes a month) and with organization plans: Team gives each member 15 minutes a month, Business 30 and Enterprise 60. If more than one plan covers you, you get the one with the most minutes.

To talk, press Talk with Yarvi above the chat box, and End when you’re done. Yarvi filters out his own voice and voices in the background, but headphones or a quiet room work best: a loud TV nearby can still reach him.

Minutes: the button shows how many are left once fewer than 10 remain, and a call counts down its last two minutes. When your month’s minutes run out, the call ends and the conversation carries on in the chat. Minutes come back on the 1st of each month, and Yarvi tells you which plan has more, if one does. Chat keeps working either way. Once in a while voice rests for everyone until a date Yarvi shows; chat works then too.

Yarvi only knows how Llamabyt works: he can’t see your projects or messages, and he never changes anything in your workspace.
