Refund policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes payments and processes refunds; you can ask either of us.
14 days to change your mind
If Llamabyt isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment for a new subscription, monthly or yearly, and we’ll refund that payment in full. This applies to the first subscription each person or organization takes out.
Renewals
Renewals aren’t refunded. You can cancel any time before the next renewal from Settings → Plan in the app, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing in your workspace is deleted when a plan ends.
Changing plans and seats
- Moving up (a bigger plan, more seats, or monthly to yearly) charges the difference for the rest of the current period. Llamabyt shows you the amount before anything changes.
- Moving down (a smaller plan or fewer seats) turns what you already paid into credit for your next bills, rather than money back.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@llamabyt.com from your account’s email address, with the order number from Paddle’s receipt email if you have it. You can also reply to Paddle’s receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
When something goes wrong
If you were charged by mistake, or Llamabyt didn’t work for you for a long stretch, write to us: we’ll make it right. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank, as a dispute can take weeks to settle.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in, including any right to cancel a purchase within a set time.
Plans that come from an access code, and the Free plan, have nothing to refund.
