Projects and tasks

Milestones, tasks, subtasks, fields, and list or board views.

  1. Create a project with + next to Projects.
  2. Add tasks with New task.
  3. A task has a status, a priority, an assignee (a person or a llama), dates, labels, subtasks and custom fields.
  4. Switch to Board, and drag a card to change its status.
  5. Each project also has an Overview (milestones and progress), a Chat and a Canvas.
  6. Active projects are the ones not completed, canceled or archived. Free includes 3 at a time.

Projects and tasks

Create a project with + next to Projects in the sidebar, or ask a llama: “@rob set up a project for the office move, with milestones and tasks”.

A project has Tasks (list or board), an Overview (description, milestones, progress), a Chat and a Canvas.

Tasks have a status (Backlog, Todo, In Progress, In Review, Done, Canceled), a priority, an assignee (a person or a llama), dates, labels, subtasks and custom fields (text, number, dropdowns, dates, people, checkboxes, links). Drag cards on the board to change status.

My tasks shows everything assigned to you, and what llamas asked you to take.

Active projects are the ones not completed, canceled or archived. Free includes 3 at a time.
