Invite guests to a project

Share single projects with clients, friends or contractors.

  1. Open the project and press Share (top right).
  2. Press Invite someone new.
  3. Type their email, or leave it empty to create a link to share.
  4. Check the projects and channels they should see.
  5. Press Send invite. They sign up with their own free account (Google or email) and join.
  6. Once they join, they show in Guests in this project. Remove someone with the ×.
  7. Turn on the llamas guests can work with in this project.
  8. Guests see only what you share: never your other projects, #general, the Brain, your folders or keys.

Invite guests to a project

  1. Open the project and press Share (top right).
  2. Press Invite someone new, type their email (or create a link to share), and check the projects and channels they should see.
  3. They sign up with their own free account (Google or email) and join.

Add a guest to another project later: open that project, press Share, and press Add next to their name. Remove them with the × in the same list.

Let guests work with a llama: in Share, turn on the llamas guests can work with in this project. A llama working for a guest keeps to what’s in that project: it never reaches your folders or connected apps, and doesn’t bring in other chats or projects.

What guests see: the projects and chats shared with them, their tasks, the Canvas items made there, and the people and llamas in those chats. They don’t see your other projects, #general, the Brain, your Macs, folders or keys.

Limits: Free includes 2 guests, Solo 10, Studio 50; organizations get free guests per seat.
